Paragliding is a new adventure sport in Nepal. It can be relaxing, exhilarating and awe-inspiring for adventure seekers. We also call it 'Tandem Paragliding'. It can be the ultimate experience for those who want to experience of flying lightly in the sky enjoying breathtaking view of awe-inspiring natural beauty and majestic Himalayan Mountain range. No Experience is required just one should have appetite for Adventure! Glider need to take deep breath, put the foot forward, run a few steps down the hill and soar high up into the sky. Professional pilots give a short briefing about a flight, weather conditions, equipment, risk management and other related topics before launching.

The take-off point for the flight is Sarangkot (1592 m), which offers fantastic views of Phewa Lake and sunrise and sunset over the mountains if the weather permits. The landing site is near by the Phewa Lake.
